Fees are $335 for the initial intake session, $275 per each 50 minute follow up session. Fees are collected in full the evening after each appointment. Dr. Davis is considered "out-of-network" (OON) with all insurance providers and does not bill insurance directly. However, therapy is a medical service, which means flex spending or health savings accounts (FSA or HSA) can be used to pay for services. If you have a high deductible plan, you may pay the same amount for therapy whether you work with an in-network or out-of-network provider. To find out what your insurance plan would reimburse you, call the number on the back of your insurance card for "behavioral health" and ask what your "out of network, outpatient benefits" and “in network, outpatient benefits” are (to be able to compare). A SuperBill is provided to submit claims to insurance, and Dr. Davis covers fees for clients to use the service Reimbursify for claims submission. This app takes a few minutes to use, and typically clients receive their insurance reimbursement within a few weeks.
